The evolution of machine and plant engineering for miniaturization is unstoppable. And as any evolution, it also requires rethinking. Waldmann adjusted optimally to the trend for compact machine interiors with increasingly fewer areas to adjust lights, the machine light can be custom varied to every room situation and adjusted individually to any lighting task. And that up to an ambient temperature of 40°. Regardless, how large or how small the machine room is, no matter how much or how little area is available for the adjustment of light, MACH LED always fits. Variable in length The luminaire chassis is an aluminum profile that convinces by a minimum height and width and allows various lamp lengths. MACH LED is available as standard in 182 mm, 357 mm, 532 mm and 707 mm, a custom lighting solution for all events. Variable in the direction of light The center of attention in the machine room is the machining area. Maximum light is needed here. Placing the light in the immediate proximity of the machining area is considered to be the gold standard, but is not always possible due to sliding doors, feeds or components. This is flexibly compensated by the new Waldmann machine light, because the direction of light of the MACH LED can be precisely aligned as needed. Waldmann offers two mounting solutions for this. Number one is based on special metal clips, which are mounted on the machine wall. The light is placed on the clips and the direction of the beam is variably set by manual rotation based on the situation. The light direction of the MACH LED is stabilized against vibrations with a tension band in mounting solution number two. If no specific alignment is required, the MACH LED can also be mounted directly on the machine wall without any accessories. Variable in the light source Variable light sources are generally needed in the machine room. Flat light for the generous illumination. Spot light for visualizing the machining area and the work piece. Both types of lighting can be realized within the housing with MACH LED. 6°, 15° and 30° as well as various lenses and reflectors, which are combined in a light, are available with the aid of various dispersion angles. Variable in voltage Line voltage fluctuations are common in machines and are frequently the reason for an early end of lamps and luminaires. MACH LED is equipped with a smart printed circuit board, which automatically compensates the voltage fluctuations. The lamp can be easily operated within a range of 19.2 to 28.8 Volts. Safe and durable MACH LED is equipped with the latest LED technology. LED light is high frequency; the infamous stroboscopic effect, which is always a cause for setup and operating errors, is therefore excluded. LEDs function for at least 50,000 hours without errors. The thermal management system also optimizes the high service life; the LED heat is absorbed via the circuit board and discharged by the housing. Since the heat is discharged toward the back and not toward the front as with halogen lights, the temperature remains low in the light direction. Coolants and lubricants therefore cannot burn into the hardened safety glass. The aluminum housing is waterproof according to IP 67, coolant and lubricant resistant, due to nitrile rubber. Conclusion: The new MACH LED is a light solution for almost all needs in machine and plant engineering due to a maximum measure of variability. And it is a solution that looks really good with a dynamically fluted aluminum profile, black masked glass and white reflectors. |
